Cancellation Policy

Per Client Contract: Client may cancel this Agreement at any time up to forty-eight (48) hours prior to the photoshoot. To do so, Client must send a written cancellation notice via email or certified mail. Client hereby forfeit their initial deposit in case of cancellation, and agree to pay the full amount for the services listed above should they cancel this Agreement less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled date of the photoshoot. Client may reschedule the date of the photoshoot listed above no later than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the photoshoot with the written approval of Photographer. Should Photographer be unable to accommodate Client’s rescheduled date, Client will not be held responsible for the remaining balance of this Agreement, but will forfeit their initial deposit. Should a photoshoot need to be rescheduled out of necessity for unforeseen circumstances out of the control of Client and Photographer, including but not limited to severe weather, act of God, or other reasonable cause, Photographer agrees to reschedule the matter as soon as practical. Should Photographer be unable to accommodate Client’s rescheduled date, Client will not be held responsible for the remaining balance of this Agreement, but will forfeit their initial deposit.
